The admission form has been submitted with complete and accurate information.
The course fee has been paid in full via UPI or Bank Transfer.
A confirmation has been communicated by the instructor via WhatsApp or email.
Submitting an admission form does not guarantee enrollment. Each application is reviewed personally by the instructor. Seat confirmation is communicated within 24 hours of submission.

Course fees are strictly non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
A batch or course is cancelled by Positive Climb Aviation — in which case the full fee paid will be refunded.
A documented medical emergency prevents the student from continuing — assessed on a case by case basis.
Installment payment is not available. Full course fees are due before enrollment is confirmed.
No refund will be issued if a student is removed from the course due to misconduct, material sharing violations, or non-compliance with these terms.
7. Mode of Instruction
Classes are currently conducted online via Google Meet. Offline classes will be available in the future and communicated to students in advance.
Live classes are the primary mode of instruction. Attendance is compulsory. The minimum attendance requirement is 75 percent of all scheduled classes.
Students falling below 75 percent attendance may lose access to course materials and sessions. Necessary academic action may be taken at the instructor's discretion.
Class recordings are provided at the instructor's discretion and are not guaranteed for every session. Where provided, recordings are strictly for personal revision only and not a substitute for attending live classes.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials including notes, presentations, PDFs, recordings, board photographs, and any other academic content are the exclusive intellectual property of Positive Climb Aviation.
Materials are provided solely for the personal academic use of the enrolled student.
Students may share materials only within their designated batch group and for academic purposes.
Students must not share, forward, upload, sell, distribute, reproduce, or make available any course material — in part or in full — to any individual, group, platform, or channel outside the batch group.
Violation of this clause constitutes a serious breach and may result in immediate removal from the course without refund, revocation of all material access, and further action including Legal Action can be taken where the severity warrants it.
9. Conduct and Disciplinary Policy
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times — during classes, in the batch WhatsApp group, and in all communications with the instructor and fellow students.
Grounds for removal from the course include but are not limited to:
Unauthorised sharing of course materials.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour during classes or in group communications.
Non-payment of fees.
Submission of false information at the time of enrollment.
Persistent absence without prior communication.
Any other conduct that, in the instructor's reasonable judgment, disrupts the learning environment or harms the institution.
Removal for any of the above reasons does not entitle the student to a refund.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
Positive Climb Aviation provides academic instruction and guidance for DGCA ground examinations.
We do not guarantee DGCA examination clearance, licensing outcomes, or regulatory approvals. These depend entirely on individual student preparation, performance, and decisions made by external authorities including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Our certificates are internal documents issued by Positive Climb Aviation and are not government-recognised qualifications. DGCA examination results are separate and issued by the DGCA.
